Rounding on the Pricelist is not Working If Use Different Responsibilities (Doc ID 2560505.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing Object Security

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rounding on the pricelist is not working if use different responsibilities.
If the rounding is set to 3 decimals on the pricelist, it is working only in one responsibility.
If I use the same price list in other responsibility it is rounding to 2 decimals.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect same price list rounding on both responsibility used

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Responsibility name: PRICING MANAGER

In the price list we have entered the value as 2.2346 (since the rounding is to 3 decimals)
after tab out its populating the value as 2.23500 as expected.

Price Lists
Name: PriceListName
Round To: -3

List Lines
Item; Item Number; 1; Unit Price; 2.2346; KLG

Item; Item Number; 2; Unit Price; 2.23500; KLG

2. Login as PRICING MANAGER responsibility

If I enter 2.2346 ( same as above) it is populating the value as 2.23000 rounding to 2 decimals.

Price Lists
Name: PriceLIstName
Round To: -3

List Lines
