Using Purchasing, Version 12.2.4


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We are making changes to an old PO. When we save the change, we get an error message:
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
no errors

Error:
-------
This combination has expired (ROUTINE=fdfvcc).



Steps to Reproduce the Issue
-----------------------------------

1. Login to a PO Responsibility with Setup Access (PO Superuser ,etc)
2. go to po summary and query the po
3. make changes to PO and attempt to save and approve


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

Due to this issue, Po cannot be re-approved.
