Symptoms
On Projects form, when clicking on "Limit to Transaction Controls" the following error occurs.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create new project from Template > Add a task > > Commit form > Close page
Go to Transaction Controls
Click 'Limit to Transaction Controls'
Error occurs
