Symptoms

Supplier costs adjusted can't be distributed. The related exceptions are listed in the output of EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period

When the user runs the PRC: Distribute Supplier Cost Adjustments the cost adjustments are not distributed.

These costs have been adjusted in Expenditure Items window.
