How to Avoide PARENT_TRANSACTION_ID Is 0 for Delivery in RCV_TRANSACTIONS? (Doc ID 2561675.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
After Deliver interface by RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE,
PARENT_TRANSACTION_ID populated with 0 value for delivery in RCV_TRANSACTIONS.

Expected Behavior
Delivery's PARENT_TRANSACTION_ID should be populated receipt's transaction ID in RCV_TRANSACTIONS by RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE passed one.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Insert RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE for Deliver.
  2. Run Receiving Transaction Processor.
