Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions
When attempting to search in receiving transaction summary form via receipt number,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FRM-40212: Invalid Value for field receipt_num
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing
2. Receiving transactions - view receiving transaction summary
3. use receipt to search, no record
while use PO number to search, one record returned
