AU: How to Process Exempt Employee in STP? (Doc ID 2562182.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Employee is not picked up in the STP report if STP EIT Exempt is set to Yes. Employee is currently a resident of other country. The bonus payment is made in the past pay period and the payment needs to be reported to ATO.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Set Exempt to Yes in the "Single Touch Payroll Extra Information".
  2.  Run QuickPay to make bonus payment in the past date.
  3.  Run STP Archive.
  4.  Employee is not picked up by the process.
