PO List Of Value Is Showing PO Of All Operating Unit In Outside Processing Form To Create Challan (Doc ID 2563069.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Currently the PO List Of Value (LOV) on Outside Processing (Search) Form is not restricted as per the Organization Selected while opening the Form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PO LOV should show only those PO, which is of organization selected while opening the form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Financials for India -> Transactions -> Outside Processing.
2. Select a particular Organization.
3. Open PO LOV. It is showing PO of all Organizations.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, same PO number of different OU or Organization will come in LOV and creating confusion in users which one to select to create challan.
