Adding a Requisition Line to Document Builder does not populate the Supplier Site (Doc ID 2563179.1)

Using Purchasing, Version 12.1.3

When creating PO from Req in BWC document builder the Supplier site is not defaulting/populating in the document builder nor
is the Supplier site populated on the newly created PO.

For the same requisition used in Autocreate form the  supplier site is
defaulting and PO created with supplier site
