ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pricing engine does not select the Price list set at the Order Header for Related items.
The Price list is derived from the Order Header level if the item is keyed in directly without selecting from the Related items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Related item to get price list from order header

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order
2. Ensure Price list is defaulted at the order header level
3. Enter a superseded item. Related items window pops up.
Select the related item and observe the price list defaulted in the pricing tab is different from the Order header price list.
4. Key in the related item directly in a new line. Observe the pricing list is defaulted from the order header

Before invoking the Related items window, the price_list_id is being changed on the order line after entering the Ordered Quantity and than tabbing out.
The price list defaulted from the header is changing when the pricing is invoked after entering the ordered item and quantity.
