Symptoms


After configuring FTI, ETL executed successfully and OBIEE is also accessible with no issues

However, when we try accessing any link on Transportation Intelligence menu, it's opening a new window with a Save As popup window prompting to save saw.dll

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure FTI with OTM
2. Navigate to Transportation Intelligence menu and try to access any link
3. Pop up window will be shown
