Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Pick Release
When attempting to automate shipping steps, the following error occurs.
ERROR_SEGMENT ==> is NULL
ERROR_MESSAGE ==> Value XXXX is not a valid context for the Descriptive Flexfield WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Create Sales Order
b. Book A Sales Order
c. Pick Release Sales Order by program
d. Click details in Delivery TAB
e. Ship Confirm
Step d and e is automated.. no manual intervention
