Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Agent Console
When attempting to compose an email in the Service Request form, the following error is displayed. This error started to occur after the application of the Oracle EBS January 2019 CPU 29224722 ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.1:CPU PATCH FOR JAN 2019.
Error
The e-mail address is not valid. Please select a valid e-mail address.
Click on OK
Error:
The following error occurred:
java.lang.NullPointerException
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Query SR
Click on the Email Compose button
