Symptoms

The 'Relay Shipment Breakdown' Shipment action screen does not fully load, once you click on the action.

Shipment Manager > Shipment Manager > Buy Shipments. Select Actions > Fleet Management > Manage Relays > Relay Shipment Breakdown > The 'Override Criteria' screen will open up > The screen does not fully load.

You have to maximize the window to force the window to fully loads.
