Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to terminate or enter the final process date in the termination form, the following error occurs.
APP-PAY-07215: You cannot perform a delete operation when child rows
Cause: You are doing a delete operation where dependent child rows exist for PAY_US_EMP_CITY_TAX_RULES_F.
Action: Delete the dependant child rows in PAY_US_EMP_CITY_TAX_RULES_F before attempting to delete this row
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login as HRMS Manager responsibility
- Go to Terminate form
(N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Others > End Employment. - Enter Final Process Date and click Terminate button
- Error occurs
