Unable To Edit Seeded Process Definition Details

On : 12.2.8 version, Setup or Administration Bugs
Post upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8 unable to update data in Process Definition form.
Here are the steps:
Navigate to Service Contract Manager (R) -> Setup -> Service Contract -> Process Definition.
Query for any seeded process like Check Billing Schedule and all the fields are greyed out.
