Symptoms
E-Business 12.2 Technology Stack, Forms for App Technology related issues
Users Receive Forms Error "Unexpected URL parameters have been detected and will be ignored".
For example the following navigation path can result in the error:
Responsibility: General Ledger
Menu: Inquiry > Account
Select "Show Journal Details", click "Dril Down"
User is redirected to EBS Login Page and receives the error message below:
ERROR
-----------------------
Unexpected URL parameters have been detected and will be ignored.
Another example to reproduce the same issue in Technology forms:
Responsibility: System Administrator
Menu: Sevurity > Responsibility > Define
Search for any responsibility, click "Attachements..." icon, select "Miscellaneous" for Category, "File" for Data Type.
This issue is specific to JWS and IE11

Upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.7 and enabled Java WebStart.
