Incorrect ROU balance while doing future dated termination

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the ROU balance has to be correctly reversed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a future dated termination
2. The ROU balances are not negative


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform a future dated termination
