Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Item Issues
When attempting to update any attribute for reported Item in both Primary and Child Organizations,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into application and navigate Inventory responsibility
2. Query for Item.
3. Try to update any Item Attribute
