Symptoms

When trying to run PER_RI_B_IMPORT_HR_DATA: Import HCM Cloud Data File for Payroll Integration the following error occurs:

ERROR

File transfer protocol to use :UCM
Calling downloadFile API
Path:
Doc Name: <DOC_NAME>
ERROR: Process :PER_RI_B_IMPORT_HR_DATA failed.
ERROR: Exception occured during Getting file from Server
ERROR: Exception occured while getting remote file from UCM server
Caused by :oracle.apps.fnd.wcc.ridc.error.RIDCException: oracle.apps.fnd.wcc.ridc.error.RIDCException: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ProtocolException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: protocol_version
