Revenue events have incorrect CCIDs due to the following:

A project setup in a operating unit, (OU) A, was mistakenly assigned a project org belonging to OU B. Subsequently, expenditures were applied to this project but the distributions don't have the same Legal Entity (balancing segment). The debit derived a Legal Entity belonging to OU B but the credit derived a LE belonging to the OU A. Revenue was generated based upon this setup.
