ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Even after setting the Property : glog.mergerule.identifyField.item_remark=remark_qual_gid on performing Actions >> Apply Item Template for an Item ID system copies all the Remarks from Item Template over to the Item even though the Override check-box is selected which causing duplicate Remarks in Item ID.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On performing Actions >> Apply Item Template for an Item ID system should not duplicate the Remarks in Item ID from Item Template when the "Override" check-box is selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Item Template ID and Create a Item ID with same Remarks and Refnums.
2. Perform Actions >> Apply Item Template and select the Override check-box.
