Symptoms

When attempting to compile all forms the following error occurs:

ERROR

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
per forms/AR PERWSEPI.fmx
per forms/US PERWSEPI.fmx

Errors in compilation logs similar to the following:

Compilation error on PRE-FORM trigger on form:
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 51, column 16
bad bind variable 'ctl_globals.legislation_code'
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 51, column 16
bad bind variable 'ctl_globals.legislation_code'
