Older Retro Timecards Are Now Editable After HR RUP13 Applied - Rolling 90 Day Edit No Longer Functions (Doc ID 2570913.1)

Symptoms

 Post upgrade to R12.C.HR-PF.RUP.13 the defined rolling 90 day Allow Edit preference no longer work as the "Edit Start Date field is now required.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
================

Use the OTL Application Developer

Select Preferences

Find Existing Preference where Allow Edit has been setup

Attempt to save a change and the Edit Date Start field is now required.

If the Date is left blank users can edit timecards outside of the Date Range Past/Future number of Days

Changes

 R12.2.HR-PF.C.RUP.13 was applied
