R12: Upgraded From 12.2.4 To 12.2.7, Get PA_STD_BILL_RATE_SCHEDULES_DF DFF Compilation Error

Symptoms
Upgraded from 12.2.4 to 12.2.7 version.
In the Rate Schedules form, get the following error when trying to do Ctrl F11:
"APP-FND-00654: FDFBDF: ATTRIBUTE1 has not been assigned as a
descriptive flexfield column
The flexfield compiler has detected that an unrecognized
application column is being assigned to a flexfield segment.
Please check the FND_COLUMN table for data integrity
problems."

Ran the FDFCMPA: Compile All Flexfields program, also, see the error:
