Warehouse is not populating when Service: Default Operating Unit profile option is set to a particular organization (Doc ID 2571280.1)

Symptoms

Error message comes up when attempting to process a Depot Repair order for a particular organization.
When the profile option of Service: Default Operating Unit is set to a particular Organization it will not pick up the warehouse (ship from org) and the following error occurs:

Message(s) from Order Management : (Error raise from calling OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Line API)

STEPS
------------
1. Set profile "Service: Default Operating Unit" to a particular organization
2. Create a new repair order
3. When try to process the order, the reported error occurs
4. Notice that the Warehouse is not populated in the logistic lines
