PARGDR: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue gives error: No exchange rate exists for project functional currency.

The error in log file is: ProjFunc Amt Rejection Reason :PA_NO_EXCH_RATE_EXISTS_BTC_PF

Project revenue is event based. In case where there are events in a currency different than the project functional currency, the revenue generation process is failing because a month end rate has not yet been defined. Revenue cannot successfully be generated until this rate is defined. Are there settings that will allow the revenue rate used to be as of the accrue through date versus end of month?
