Problem
When trying to delete an attachment from an approved award using the Update without Modification functionality to access the attachments, there is a prompt about whether to delete the attachment and once you click Yes you get the error that a system error has occurred.
Also tried deleting it using a modification, but the Edit and Delete buttons are grayed out on the attachment section.
