Goal

There are projects in Oracle Project Management which requires the use of the HTML / Self Service pages. Users would like to cease using Oracle Project Management
and cease using the HTML / Self Service pages to update task and update budgets.

Is it possible to change a project from having a published workplan and published financial plan to being editable in Project Accounting forms instead?
