Goal

On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase Order

When creating Purchase Orders -  taxes are not calculating


User cannot set the Application Tax Options to enabled/checked for the given Operating Unit

Navigating to TAX MANAGER: DEFAULTS AND CONTROLS : APPLICATION TAX OPTIONS

 

Unable to edit this for Purchasing-the Enabled box is not lit up
