Incremental funding with Modification of Award  THIS NOTE Vision Demo - CLM - Requisition Amendment, Award Modification Creation and Merging





The purpose of this document is to illustrate requisition amendment for incremental funding to Award Modification and approval flow. 

Partial funding is utilized when a procurement item(s) might take several fiscal periods to complete and the funding for a particular period is only available when the Requisition/Award is created. 

Awards that are partially funded can be incrementally funded via the requisition amendment and Award modification process.

 Find the requisition and select CHANGE and click GO BUTTON
  Amend the Requisition
 ---> Login to a CLM PURCHASING responsibility and go to Awards - query the award
  Create a Modification
 ----> Click on the Demand Workbench 
  Generate the Change Description
  View Funding Change Summary document
