Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Carriers are allowed to make Dock Schedule appointments prior to the Shipment stop Planned Arrival date.

Carriers must also be allowed to schedule appointments after the Planned Arrival Date in case the dock is completely full.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Carriers are not allowed to make dock schedule appointments prior to shipment planned arrival date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup a Dock using on the Source Location
2. Create an Order Release and plan the shipment
3. Schedule the appointment 2 - 3 days prior date to shipment start date
4. Dock Scheduling showing appointments feasible before shipment start date
