On : 12.1.3 version, Purchasing Processes
When attempting to cancel shipments using API po_document_control_pub.control_document, the following error occurs.

Error Msg # ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package PO_Document_Control_GRP Procedure control_document
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using po_document_control_pub.control_document API to cancel the PO /PO Release
2. Error occurs
