PDRT Tool: Employee Contact Details Are Not Obfuscated (Doc ID 2574668.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
After running the PDRT process to remove an ex-employee, ex-employee contact details are not obfuscated.
With this information 'ex-employee is not forgotten since you can link/recover his records using the contact information.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to XX HRMS Manager-  PDRT menu - Pick up the Person Data Removal Tool (PDRT) - Select 'Add a HR' and choose employee 
2. Run Check constraints - success
3. Run remove
4. PDRT (DRT_MAIN_PROGRAM) runs successfully
5. Run 'Full personal details' request set - contact details are available.
