Driver Location Preference Not Applied Using Region ID Or Lane ID (Doc ID 2574764.1)

Symptoms

From OTM Help for Driver Location Preference

The "Adding a Driver Location Preference" section states that either a Location ID, a Region ID, or a Lane ID can be used with this preference.

 

We are using driver location preferences, that are assigned in the driver configuration used on drivers, to generate a weighted accessorial cost. This accessorial cost is applied on a Rate Offering constrained to this driver.

We are able to create this weighted cost using a Location ID but not with a Region or Lane ID
