ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Buyer Work Center Requisition Search slow response

Resp: Purchasing Super User
Menu: Buyer Work Center
Screen: /oracle/apps/po/autocreate/webui/ReqSearchPG
Querying by Requisition number takes over 2 mins to return any results.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. login to Purchasing -> Buyer work center -> Demand work bench
Query using Requisition Number => Click Go
It takes 2 mins to return  with the results
