Symptoms

When attempting to save the Rotation Plan after entering the Work Plan details,
the following error occurs in the Rotation Plan form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    1. Using Global OTL Application Developer responsibility.

    2. Navigate to OTL Time Accounting > Table Setup and Maintenance > Rotation Plan.

    3. Query for an existing Rotation Plan.

    4. Add new Work Plan and try to save it.

    5. Get error.
