On : 12.2.8 version, Receiving Functions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After performing Putaway the Receiving Transaction Processor is triggered which is taking more time to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that RTP is completed faster.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Mobile -> Warehouse Management -> Tasks -> Directed Tasks -> Directed Move

2) Do a Putaway of LPN.

3) RTP is triggered.

But this is taking more time
