Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Employee is not visible in People form even though, the employee information exists in the PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F table. When attempting to query the employee in the People form, the following error occurs.

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager responsibility.

  2.  Go to People form and search for the employee.
     (N) People > Enter and Maintain

  3. No record is returned
