Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In India Tax Details form. The 'Apply' Button is grayed out while trying to apply the Assessable Price List.
It is getting enabled for individual line. At 'Tax Lines' section i.e. section where 'Tax Rates' information is appearing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Apply' button should be enabled in India Tax Details form of Inter Org Transfer.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Inter-Org Transfer transaction.
2. Go to Tools > India Tax Details form.
3. Check the value for assessable price list for all the lines
4. Notice that 'Apply' button is grayed out.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot determine correct tax amount.
