Goal

On : 12.1.1 version, Asset Capitalization

The Project/tasks do not have "Allow Capital Interest" flag checked

Capital Interest functionality was implemented but the projects/tasks that are created new don't have the "Allow Capital Interest" flag checked. Business has to capitalized the interest and since the flag for the new Project tasks is not checked they are not being recognized by the PRC: Generate Capital Interest for Transactions. How can this be set?
