Transfer Payroll To GL Allows Same Payroll To Run Multiple Times (Doc ID 2577654.1)

Goal

A user was able to submit Transfer to GL twice for the same Payroll. The first was submitted and within a few minutes later the same parameters were ran again. Normally when you run the Transfer to GL a second time, the second one is blank but in this case, there are people in both transfers and some are duplicated. Import was completed twice as well and unfortunately there is not a complete payroll for this. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening in the future?
