Superseded Item Not Showing Up in the Enter Purchase Order Form (Doc ID 2578930.1)

The users have defined superseded item using Item relationship options.

When the users try to create a PO using old item, system is throwing error message that Item is inactive.

Users are expecting that system should display the superseded item here.
