Inter org transfer setup form shows Interorg Profit account and Price List as mandatory fields ? (Doc ID 2579332.1)

Goal

Unable to define inter org transfer network between two organizations which fall under the same legal entity and same operating unit . See that price list and inter org profit account are high lighted as mandatory and without entering values system does not allow move to forward.

Technically those columns should be optional and this is happening only for this network. There are others saved without any issue.
