Incorrect State in "State List" Menu in the Employee Self-Service Tax Form (Doc ID 2580431.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

State List pull down menu in Tax Form lists the state that is not the employee primary resident address or the work location.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Employee Self-Service
  2.  Go to Tax Form
  3.  Select "State"
  4.  In the State List menu, incorrect state is listed.
