Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running 2019 7 run, there would be not expected values.
ESCT Deduction: 29.33 (it would be 29.1)
Kiwisaver/Super Net Employer Contribution: 68.43 ( it would be 68.66)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When running 2019 7 run, there would be not expected values.
ESCT Deduction: 29.1 (The IRD calculates ESCT on whole dollars only. Therefore in my example, If the KSR is $97.76, the ESCT on this is based on $97 * 30%.)
Kiwisaver/Super Net Employer Contribution: 68.66
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run payroll for July 2019
- Run pay summary
- Can see the difference value compared to IRD
