Requisition Import Error Occuring - ""Need By Date Should Be Equal Or After The Effective Start Date"" (Doc ID 2585253.1)

Symptoms

Users are loading the requisition interface table and importing the requisitions using the concurrent program "Requisition Import"


Error occurring during import- "Need By Date Should be equal or after the effective start date"

 

 

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
-----------------------------------

  1. Insert records into the Requisition interface table to import a requisition sourced to a Quotations - set the field "NEED_BY_DATE" in the table PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE_ALL to a date in the past 
  2. Login to a PO Responsibility with Setup Access (PO Superuser ,etc)
  3. Run the Requisition import
