Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to query the element on the Earnings form, the following error occurs. This happens when there are datetrack records in the Formula Result Rules.

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as US HRMS Manager responsibility

  2.  Create a datetrack update in the formula processing rule.
     (N) Total Compensation > Basic > Fast Formula > Formula Results
     e.g.
     Element: XXElement

     Processing Rules (Formula): XXFormula1
     Effective Date From: 01/JAN/2000
     Effective Date To:    31/DEC/2010
     Processing Rules (Formula): XXFormula2
     Effective Date From: 01/JAN/2011
     Effective Date To: null

  3.  Go to the Earnings form
    (N) Total Compensation > Basic > Earnings

  4.  Query the element
     e.g. XXElement
  5.  Error occurs
