Goal

Customer is trying to integrate Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS using web services for the first time.
They want to use EBS Adapter's Process Order API to load Sales Order from OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) to EBS.

OIC – Oracle Integration Cloud is a cloud based Integration tool. It seamlessly integrates on-prem applications with Oracle Cloud (SaaS) or other Cloud Apps to other Cloud Apps.


When invoking Process Order REST webservice, the tables are not updated
They tested with other API FND_USER_PKG and it worked fine.

Error message while running the Process Order API:

Error while trying to prepare and execute the APPS. ISG_OE_ORDER_PUB_PROCESS_ORDER. OE_ORDER_PUB$PROCESS_ORDER API.
