Problem Statement:

Payroll returns incorrect overtime rate and amount.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Create a user-defined overtime element.
  2.  Create element entry.
  3.  Run Payroll
  4.  SOE shows incorrect overtime rate and amount.
